General Shipping Information

EVELYNNS is committed to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We try our best to ship our products within 7-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at support@evelynns.in within 2 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Rates

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

  • Shipping within India is INR 000 for order value upto INR 5000.
  • Shipping is free on purchases above INR 5000.
  • For cancellation or return of domestic order, the customer has to bear both the forward and return shipping charges, we will only refund the product charges to the customer.
  • Our prices are all inclusive of taxes such as GST and OCTROI (if applicable).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • We use DHL/FEDEX for our international orders and we charge as per the final weight of your order + taxes as applicable.
  • For International orders shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • Any duty charges / custom taxes/ or any other local charges has to be borne by the customer. We will not be liable for such charges.
  • The amount of duties depends on the policies of your destination country. Please be aware of your country’s import regulations before placing an international order.
  • We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

We try our best to ship our products within 7-9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

During high demand periods, processing time may be extended, and customers will be notified of any delays. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. 

Delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. If you’d like your order delivery expedited please email us at support@evelynns.in or call us at our given contact numbers and we’ll try to accommodate your request.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

No cancellation or exchange will be applicable on discounted products or products under any special promotion/ sale on Domestic or International orders.

Shipping Providers

We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure the reliable and timely delivery of your orders. However, we cannot guarantee delivery times, as they are subject to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and postal service delays.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service team at support@evelynns.in and we will assist you in resolving the issue. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.
