Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

We at Evelynns strive to provide unmatchable customer support and satisfaction by offering the highest quality of the products. We suggest it’s important if you go through the points mentioned below before you plan to exchange or return any of our products:

  • All products are exclusively handmade. Hence the irregularity in stitches, colours and prints that you notice are not errors but a confirmation of the authenticity of your products being handmade and not machine made.
  • Colors of apparel displayed on your computer monitor may vary slightly from the actual product colors. We make every effort to display the colors as accurately as possible, but the exact color you see depends on your monitor’s settings.
  • The weather conditions plays a critical and important role in the making of hand block prints and natural dyes. Thus a slight variation in the prints and colours may happen depending on the prevalent weather conditions at that point of time and we don’t consider these variations as defects.
  • A slight weaving inconsistencies or small holes in fabric is an intricate part of  handmade process and cannot be considered as defects.

It is important that you keenly read the product descriptions before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the order hasn’t been shipped.

To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team at support@evelynns.in or call at our contact number – 9167388834 with order number.

The cancellation request cannot be considered if the order is shipped. 

Exchange Policy

  1. You have to inform us by email at support@evlynns.in or call us at +91  9167388834 about the issue/reason for exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  3. Once the issue/reason is accepted by us (within 24-48 hours), the product has to be returned to our physical location within 7 days of receiving the same. Customers must contact our customer support team for return authorization before sending the product back. 
  4. The charges to send the product back to our physical location are to be borne by you and we won’t be responsible incase the shipment gets lost on the way.
  5. If you have received a wrong product, it will be eligible for replacement. You can return it to us and the shipping charges including the reverse shipping charges will be borne by us.
  6. Exchanges will not be applicable on products with minor irregularities with respect to stitches, printing and colour.
  7. No cancellation or exchange of discounted/sale product or custom made-to-order product.

Return and Refund Policy

The return request need to be initiated by you within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product by sending email at support@evelynns.in

The return and refund request will be accepted when any of the below criteria is met:

  • The package sent by us gets lost in the transit and does not reach you. This is subject to an official confirmation by the courier partner.
  • The product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or damaged.
  • We have charged you a higher amount by mistake due to a technical glitch from our end. In this case, the difference in amount will be refunded back to the source account from where the original payment was received.
  • We will initiate the refund once the returned product has reached our location. It may take 8-9 working days for the processing of the refund.
 The return and refund request will be not be accepted if any of the below points are met:
  • The product is not accepted by you at the time of courier delivery.
  • Product is returned to us in a used and damaged condition.
  • Tags of the products are not intact and/or removed.
  • No return or exchange over discounted products.
  • Custom made-to-order handloom sarees can’t be returned.
  • Shipping, Payment gateway charges in all cases, is non-refundable.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 8-9 days of receiving the returned product.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
